Absorbed Glass Mat Batteries

To get the most power out of your car’s battery, you’ll need to look for an AGM battery. AGM stands for absorbent glass mat. This is the glass fiber located between the positive and negative plates of your battery, which exists to absorb battery acid and water that may be spilling and leaking from the battery.  

Sealing battery acid and water inside your battery will allow the battery to function better, holding a longer charge and more adequately handling the electrical demand certain vehicles require.
